Role Description

Video Production Intern

Responsibilities

1. Video Editing

   : Assist in editing high-quality video content using tools like VN, Inshot, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

2. Social Media Strategy & Calendar Planning

   : Support the team in planning, strategizing, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms.

3. Client Servicing

   : Coordinate with clients during pre-production, shoot, and post-production phases. Support smooth communication and brief alignment.

4. Shoot BTS (Behind-the-Scenes)

   : Capture and manage BTS content during video/photo shoots for use in marketing and promotional material.

5. Shoot Management

   : Support and manage on-set logistics—including scheduling, crew coordination, prop/equipment prep, shot tracking, and time management—to ensure smooth and efficient production days.

6. Production Support

   : Help with camera setups, lighting, props, and on-ground coordination during shoots.

7. Quality Control

   : Review raw and edited footage for consistency, technical accuracy, and brand alignment.

8. Learning & Development

   : Engage in ongoing learning to strengthen creative and technical skills through feedback, shadowing, and team guidance.

9. Ideation & Trend Research

   : Conduct research on trending formats, content styles, and industry concepts to inspire creative directions.

10. Storyboarding & Concept Development

    : Contribute to creative planning by developing rough storyboards, visual references, and mood boards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, Hindi & English, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Basic understanding of videography, photography, and production workflows.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media Studies, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Previous internship or freelance experience in video content creation is a plus.
