Video Editor / Designer (Work from Office Only)

Role Overview:

Content Creator with a strong focus on Graphic Design and Video Production

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Graphics

• Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, banners, infographics, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure assets align with our brand guidelines.
• Design creatives for social media posts, ads, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing assets.

Video & Motion

• Plan, shoot (if required), edit, and produce high-quality videos for product demos, explainer videos, client testimonials, internal events, and social reels.
• Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver engaging video content.

Content Collaboration

• Work as a part of marketing team to understand messaging and translate it into impactful visuals.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and social engagement.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, or related field.

✅ 1-4 years of experience in graphic design & video editing, preferably in the tech / IT / SaaS space.

✅ Ability to create short animations, GIFs, reels, and motion graphics.

✅ Good understanding of social media content formats and trends (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

✅ Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines.

✅ Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and video projects.

Nice to Have:

⭐ Knowledge of photography, lighting, and audio equipment.

⭐ Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) or marketing automation.

⭐ Exposure to AI-powered design or video tools (like Canva’s Magic Write, Adobe Sensei, RunwayML, or ChatGPT for content ideas).
