Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, have a strong eye for design, and be experienced in editing short-form content—especially Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other social-first videos. This role also includes on-site video shoots and the creation of basic social media graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit long-form footage into engaging reels and highlight videos with trendy transitions, captions, and music.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, and marketers to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Plan and assist with on-location shoots, including camera setup, lighting, and sound.
• Design basic static and animated visuals for stories, posts, and ad creatives.
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform requirements to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
• Organize and maintain a library of video assets and templates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing, ideally with a portfolio of Reels, TikToks, or branded social content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop/Canva.
• Experience with shooting videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile setups.
• Strong sense of timing, audio syncing, storytelling, and visual pacing.
• Knowledge of aspect ratios, export formats, and best practices for different social platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a creative team.
• Bonus: Basic motion graphics skills and interest in experimenting with AI tools or trending effects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
