Location: On-site or in Gurgaon
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and skill level)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Video Editor with a passion for storytelling through visuals and a strong command over long-format YouTube videos (10–15 minutes) as well as short-form content like YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. If you're excited about working in the tech and automotive content space and are keen to grow in a fast-paced creator-led setup, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Edit 3 long-format YouTube videos per week (10–15 mins each)
• Edit 5 short-form videos per week (Reels / Shorts)
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, high-retention video edits
• Manage timely delivery of projects with a focus on visual storytelling and quality
• Organize and manage project files and assets for ongoing content production
• Keep up with trends on YouTube and Instagram to bring fresh editing styles and formats
• Work on-site as needed in Gurgaon; flexibility in working hours available
• Travel for shoots if required (perks apply)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of editing experience (YouTube and/or Reels)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
• Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving formats
• Strong sense of music, pacing, and visual rhythm
• Tech and automotive content experience is a big plus
• Basic understanding of cinematography is an asset
• Must be reliable, committed, and self-driven with a proactive approach
