We are seeking a sharp and driven Venture Capital Analyst to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, evaluating, and managing early-stage investments. This role requires strong analytical skills, industry research capabilities, and a passion for startups and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in startups and emerging sectors.
• Conduct financial, market, and competitor analysis to support investment decisions.
• Assist in due diligence processes including legal, financial, and technical reviews.
• Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and support post-investment activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, co-investors, and industry experts.
• Track industry trends, deal flow, and relevant market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for technology, startups, and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of startup funding stages and term sheets.
• Familiarity with sectors such as fintech, SaaS, healthtech, or Web3.
• Experience using tools like Crunchbase, PitchBook, or CB Insights.
