Job Title: Associate Vendor Manager Location: On-site – Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week Company: Story Digital – A New-Age Digital Advertising Agency About Us: At Story Digital , we craft compelling brand stories through bold ideas and digital innovation. We're looking for a Vendor Manager who can match our energy and help streamline vendor relations to fuel our creative engine. Role Overview: We’re on the hunt for a sharp, proactive, and reliable Vendor Manager to lead all vendor-related operations. From sourcing and negotiating to coordinating timely deliveries and ensuring service quality, you will be the key point of contact between Story Digital and its extended team of production, printing, gifting, logistics, and freelance creative vendors. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strong, reliable relationships with vendors across categories (e.g., printing, production, logistics, merchandise, freelancers, etc.). Negotiate contracts, timelines, and pricing to get the best value without compromising quality. Ensure timely delivery of all vendor-driven requirements for internal teams and client campaigns. Maintain and update the vendor database, including performance tracking and evaluation. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, account management, strategy) to understand project requirements and ensure smooth vendor execution. Troubleshoot delays, conflicts, or issues that may arise with vendors and resolve them effectively. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely execution of tasks and accountability. Stay updated with new vendor options and innovative solutions relevant to digital and physical brand execution. Manage invoices, POs, and necessary documentation for vendor payments and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1 to 2 years of vendor coordination/operations/procurement experience (preferably in advertising, media, or creative agencies). Strong negotiation and communication skills — you're confident talking to anyone and can drive a hard bargain when needed. Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple vendors and projects at once. Problem-solver with a "get it done" attitude. Comfortable with tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
