Develop and update job descriptions and specifications. Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals (Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn, etc.) and professional networks. Screening candidate's resumes, contacting relevant candidates via calls and conducting on-site interviews. Maintain candidate databases. Contribute towards other HR engagement activities. Monitor and apply best HR recruitment practices. Assess and evaluate knowledge. communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant. Qualifications: - 2 – 4 years of experience, Recruitment experience of at least 2years is mandatory.
