US IT Recruiter

About the Role: Aorzon Technologies is seeking a dynamic and driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients—sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various technical roles. Responsibilities: Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and manage candidate pipelines Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients Work closely with the US-based team to meet hiring needs in real-time Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, GC, Citizen, etc.) Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work night shifts aligned to US time zones What We Offer: Opportunity to grow in a fast-scaling IT services company Collaborative and dynamic work culture Exposure to working with US-based clients and technologies Show more Show less
