Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Healthcare Recruiter based in Dehradun. The US Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals for various roles. Daily tasks include posting job openings, conducting interviews, coordinating with clients, performing background checks, and managing applicant tracking systems. The recruiter will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to meet staffing objectives and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Qualifications Experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes Strong understanding of the US healthcare industry and related roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Ability to work on-site in Dehradun Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience with social media recruiting is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Show more Show less
