As an integral part of the digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on investment through strategic and performance-focused PPC campaigns. Requirements Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Write compelling and concise ad copies, create A/B tests, and optimize performance based on insights. Monitor campaign performance daily and implement changes to maximize ROI, CTR, and quality score. Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms. Create performance reports and dashboards; provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with designers and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3–10 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Facebook Business Manager. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and keyword tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner). Experience with conversion tracking and campaign attribution models.
