Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Interns to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time on-site Operations Intern role located in Gurugram at DocIndia. The Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, assisting with project management, and enhancing overall operational efficiency within the organization.

Duties

• Identify and engage potential clients through various mediums.
• Present and demonstrate products effectively to showcase its value.
• Explain current company offerings/promotions and close deals with prospective customers.
• Manage accounts by maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market penetration.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to enhance product offerings.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi. Any other languages is a plus.
