We’re now looking for a talented Upwork Bidder to join our team and bring in quality leads through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. ⸻ 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Identify, bid, and secure web development and digital marketing projects on Upwork and other platforms. • Write compelling project proposals tailored to the client’s needs. • Maintain regular communication with potential clients via Upwork messages and calls. • Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful deals. • Understand client requirements and communicate clearly with the internal team. • Manage Upwork profiles, maintain a high job success score, and get regular feedback. • Track and report bidding performance, lead conversion rate, and pipeline growth. ⸻ 🔹 Requirements: • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Online Business Development Executive (Minimum 6 months – 2 years). • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong understanding of website development and digital marketing terminologies. • Ability to write customized and persuasive proposals. • Knowledge of bidding strategies and Upwork trends. • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
