UI/UX Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective digital experiences that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and design specifications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Develop user interface designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms.
• Utilize data analysis skills to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Work with Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing designs that meet brand standards.
• Assist in the implementation of designs using WordPress or SharePoint as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role in digital design.
• Proficiency in UI design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Omniture and Qualtrics for data-driven design decisions.
• Experience in E-commerce environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
