As A Graphic Design INTERN /UX/UI Design Intern


Responsibilities

  • Creating designs: You will be responsible for creating designs for various projects, including digital graphics, print materials, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborating with other departments: You may need to work with other departments such as marketing, product design, and sales to ensure that your designs align with their needs and goals.
  • Preparing files for print: You will need to have a good understanding of print production processes and be able to prepare files for printing, ensuring they are set up correctly and are of high quality.
  • Maintaining design files and asset libraries: You will need to keep track of all design files and ensure that they are stored in a way that is easy to access and share with others.
  • Researching design trends and best practices: You should stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices, so you can incorporate them into your work and make sure your designs are fresh and relevant.
  • Communicating with clients: You may need to communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and present your designs to them for feedback.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks: You may need to assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and organizing project files.


Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in graphic design or a related field: Having a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field can provide you with a solid foundation in design principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in design software: You should have experience with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma , and InDesign.
  • Creativity and artistic ability: You should have a creative mindset and be able to come up with unique and visually appealing designs.
  • Attention to detail: You should be detail-oriented and have a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong communication skills: You should be able to effectively communicate your design ideas to team members and clients, as well as receive feedback and make revisions based on that feedback.
  • Time management and organizational skills: You should be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Portfolio of design work: It's important to have a portfolio of your design work that showcases your skills and experience.
