UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Web Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience to join our creative team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of web standards, and the ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing and functional websites. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective web designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts.
• Ensure all website designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet usability and accessibility standards.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of websites before launch.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Design
• Portfolio: Demonstrated work showcasing responsive layouts, UI design, and interactive web components
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React,Angular)
• Experience with design & prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of UX/UI design principles, information architecture, typography, and color theory
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent in articulating design decisions and integrating feedback across teams
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for visual precision, typographic craftsmanship, and brand consistency
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, adaptable, and able to execute under tight deadlines; motivated to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or contributing to design systems, pattern libraries, and reusable UI component
• Fluency in accessibility standards and inclusive design strategies
