UI/UX Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Graphic + UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our creative department, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create compelling visual designs and intuitive user experiences across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will blend a strong background in graphic design with a deep understanding of user interface and user experience principles.. Responsibilities and Duties UI /UX Design: Design user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into high-quality interface designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. 3. UX Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Develop user personas, user journeys, and task flows to guide design decisions. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results to enhance user Qualifications and Skills Experience working and negotiating with team members and clients. Collaboration skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Motivation to address the underlying problem and question any assumptions. Planning, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload. Understanding of user testing techniques and methodologies. Knowledge of Design Thinking practices. Experience working in cross-discipline agile teams. Experience collaborating with colleagues who are overseas. Background in building and executing upon communications plans.
