UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in design tools, and experience in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate findings into intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
• Maintain and enhance design consistency through style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems.
• Implement usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Create visually compelling graphics, icons, and other UI elements.
• Optimize designs based on data-driven insights and performance analytics.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and user behavior analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
