Unified Communications (UC) Implementation Engineer

Required Skills

Minimum
5 years of experience
in
Unified Communications implementation and support
.
Hands-on experience with
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
,
Cisco Expressway
,
Microsoft Teams Phone
,
Zoom Phone
, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in
SIP, RTP, H.323, QoS
, and other voice/video communication protocols.
Experience with
networking concepts
(VLANs, firewalls, NAT, QoS) related to UC deployments.
Strong troubleshooting skills across voice, video, and collaboration environments.
Knowledge of
VoIP monitoring tools
(IR Collaborate, Prognosis, SolarWinds, etc.) is a plus.
Certifications such as
CCNP Collaboration
,
Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer Associate
, or
Zoom Certified Engineer
are preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
