Role Summary Role: Finance Manager (Designation will be based on candidates profile) Experience: 3-10 Years Qualification: CA and CS Company: TT Group Location: ECR, Chennai Pre-requisite: Must have worked in audit firms and possess 360-degree accounting exposure Job Description The Finance Manager will be responsible for the overall financial health of the organization, providing strategic insights and maintaining financial discipline. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with hands-on experience in all aspects of finance and compliance. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making Prepare and monitor budgets aligned with departmental and organizational goals Implement cost control measures and optimize financial efficiency Plan, execute, and oversee internal audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency Manage all aspects of taxation including direct and indirect taxes Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders Ensure statutory compliance with all applicable financial and legal regulations Provide secretarial support and ensure compliance under Company Law Desired Candidate Profile 3 to 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting Prior experience in reputed audit firms is mandatory Must have handled end-to-end accounting and compliance responsibilities Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements Proficiency in financial software/tools is an added advantage Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills (ref:iimjobs.com) Show more Show less
