JOB BRIEF a. Job Title :- Travel Consultant b. Department :- Sales Department c. Hierarchy Level :- Middle Management d. Gender Preference :- Male and Female Both e. Age Preference :- 24+ Years f. Pay Structure :- 15000-20000/- per month plus Incetive. g. Reporting to :- CEO PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY 1. Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or chat to understand their travel needs. 2. Recommend suitable destinations, packages, and experiences based on client preferences and budget. 3. Create customized travel itineraries and quotations. 4. Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings. 5. Provide excellent post-sale support, including itinerary clarification, documentation, and on-trip assistance. 6.Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport partners, and other stakeholders to finalize bookings. 7.Maintain CRM records and update client status regularly. EDUCATION a. Minimum Education :- Graduate in any discipline b. Technical Education :- Computer Knowledge. BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS a. Fluent in English,Hindi and Odia. b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both) c. Leadership skills d. Knowledge of MS Excel & Powerpoint
