Holiday Planner / Travel Consultant

What You'll Do

• Design and sell

  tailor-made domestic and international travel packages

• Manage bookings for

  flights, hotels, car rentals, villas, and standalone services

• Advise clients on destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, and seasonal experiences
• Handle

  end-to-end travel planning

  from inquiry to post-trip feedback
• Collaborate with a global vendor network and support B2C & B2B clients
• Ensure timely and accurate communication using CRM tools

What Matters the most

• 💰 Convert leads to business 15–30 packages sold/month (based on season)
• 🛬 Avg. booking value: ₹30,000 – ₹1,50,000
• 💬 90%+ client satisfaction score
• 🔁 20%+ repeat or referral bookings
• ⚡ Quote turnaround: 24 hours or less

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in leisure travel or holiday sales (Freshers kindly don't apply)
• Great knowledge of

  India and global travel destinations

• Familiarity with

  booking platforms and travel CRM

  tools is a plus
• Excellent communication (English + Hindi), attention to detail, and time management
• Enthusiasm for crafting

  bespoke holiday experiences

• Should be able to talk to clients and

  close the deals
