Role: Travel Consultant (Full-Time, On-Site – Vadodara)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them plan and book travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and tours. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ travel preferences and provide customized recommendations
• Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services using booking tools/software
• Manage end-to-end travel itineraries, ensuring smooth coordination
• Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests as needed
• Provide prompt and professional customer support before, during, and after travel
• Stay updated on travel regulations, destinations, and promotions

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of travel consulting, arrangements, and reservation systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly, solution-driven mindset
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in GDS systems or online booking platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the travel industry is desirable, but

  freshers with passion for travel are welcome
