Job Description

1. Travel Consultancy:

Understand customer travel needs and preferences (destinations, budget, duration, etc.)
Design and propose customized domestic and international travel packages.
Provide detailed information about travel destinations, hotels, visa requirements, and transport options.
Stay updated with the latest travel trends, guidelines, and restrictions
2. Sales & Business Development:
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Upsell travel products such as insurance, sightseeing, or upgrades.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, B2B partners, and walk-in customers.
3. Operations & Coordination:
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documents.
Handle post-booking modifications, cancellations, and support.
4. CRM & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Generate reports on leads, sales performance, and customer feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
