Travel Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients, creating customized travel itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Design and promote travel packages (domestic & international)
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, activities, transport, and tours
• Provide accurate travel information, visa requirements, and travel advisories
• Build and maintain client relationships with excellent service
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry changes
• Manage travel software/tools and ensure accurate documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Tourism/Travel background preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge of GDS/booking platforms is an advantage
• Passion for travel and customer service
