Transport Executive

Job Title: Transport Executive Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational shifts, if applicable) Shift Timing: Day shift / Rotational (as per business need) Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily transportation operations (pick-up and delivery). Assign duties to drivers and monitor vehicle movements. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery. Handle vendor/driver communication and resolve transport-related issues. Maintain proper records of vehicles, drivers, fuel usage, and trip sheets. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and transport compliance. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with the management. Support route planning and vehicle scheduling for optimized performance. Key Requirements: Graduate or Diploma in any field (preferred). Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in transport/logistics coordination. Good knowledge of local Bangalore routes and traffic norms. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, GPS tracking tools). Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
