Eligibility Criteria:
· 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline; PG or certifications in training/quality preferred
· Minimum 4-5 years of experience in training and quality, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
· Proficient in English (written and verbal), Hindi or any of the regional languages
· Expertise in TNI/TNA, RCA, MIS reporting, and SOP documentation
· Advanced knowledge of training methods and QA processes
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the Training & Quality team across locations and processes
· Design and implement end-to-end training programs (induction, process, refreshers)
· Develop, audit, and update quality assurance frameworks
· Ensure consistent delivery standards across training and QA
· Liaise with Operations and Clients for process alignment and feedback
· Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance improvement plans
· Conduct internal audits and drive RCA-CAPA initiatives
