Position: Trainee – Process Support (Freshers)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee – Process Support to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in process management and client support. The successful candidate will work closely with the client relations team to organize and manage process-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, review, and updating of client-related documents and process records
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify necessary data and reports
• Support the client relations team in maintaining communication logs and document tracking systems
• Ensure proper storage and easy retrieval of documents in line with company protocols
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and data protection regulations

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in BBA, MBA, or B.Com
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
