Trainee Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated fresher Electrical Engineer to join our team as

an Trainee Electrical Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate

to gain hands-on experience in electrical system design, CAD drafting, site

supervision, and project execution within a professional engineering environment.

You will work closely with experienced engineers and contribute to the successful

delivery of electrical projects, including solar photovoltaic (PV) and marine systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Electrical Design Support: Assist in the design of low-tension (LT) and medium-

voltage (MV) electrical systems up to 150 kW and generators up to 150 kVA under

senior guidance.

• CAD Drawing Preparation: Support in the creation and modification of electrical

drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with Indian Register of Shipping (IRS)

standards.

• Site Assistance: Join senior engineers on site visits to observe and assist in the

supervision of electrical installations and commissioning activities.

• Technical Documentation: Help prepare, organize, and submit drawings and

documentation required for internal and external approvals.

• Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving minor technical issues and ensure project

activities progress smoothly.

• Equipment Familiarization: Learn about project-specific electrical equipment and

support in their selection and specification review.

• Safety and Standards Compliance: Understand and apply relevant safety codes,

Indian standards, and project requirements in all assigned tasks.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics

Engineering (EEE).

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, circuit design, and

AutoCAD. Familiarity with Indian electrical codes and practices is desirable.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach challenges with a learning mindset and

assist in developing practical solutions.

• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to

work effectively as part of a team.· Learning Attitude: Willingness to actively learn, take initiative, and grow in a

professional engineering environment.

Salary: ₹15,000 per month
