Position Overview

B2B IT Sales

. This is a

Trainee – Business Development Executive

position designed to provide hands-on experience in field sales, client handling, and solution-based selling in the IT infrastructure industry.

Eligibility

  • Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (IT) / MBA (Sales & Marketing) – 2024/2025 Batch or Recent Graduates

Compensation

  • Training Period (3–6 months): ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month (as stipend)
  • Post-Training Salary: ₹4–6 LPA (including fixed + variable) (Incentive structure: 70:30 or 80:20 based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 10–15 client meetings per week (Field Sales + ISR role during training)
  • Generate leads, acquire new clients, and manage relationships
  • Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to deliver IT solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through new logo acquisition and account management
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to business expansion

Work Mode & Timings

  • Work Mode: Office + Field (B2B Sales)
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
