Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of outbound tour operations and sales.
• Design and customize itineraries for both short-haul and long-haul international destinations.
• Negotiate and liaise effectively with international suppliers, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee team performance, provide training and motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Utilize online booking platforms for reservations and travel arrangements.
• Ensure accurate costing and pricing for travel packages with strong attention to margins and profitability.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns through social media and digital channels.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customer service.
• Provide expert guidance on visa processes, travel insurance, and international ticketing.
• Stay updated with global travel trends, regulations, and emerging destinations.
• Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the outbound travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations; familiarity with domestic travel is a plus.
• Proficiency in using online booking systems and travel portals.
• Proven ability in creating tailor-made itineraries and accurate costings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office and travel-related software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
• Knowledge of visa regulations, insurance requirements, and airline ticketing procedures.
