We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Tour Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of group and individual tours across multiple states. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless customer experiences, manage on-ground operations, and maintain high client satisfaction through efficient communication and logistics handling. Locations: Tamil Nadu | Gujarat | Maharashtra | Delhi | Karnataka Key Responsibilities: Pre-Tour Coordination Coordinate with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets. Create and finalize tour itineraries, accommodations, and travel plans. Work with vendors, hotels, transport providers, and local guides in each state. Ensure all bookings, permits, and documentation are completed on time. On-Tour Responsibilities Accompany and lead group tours or coordinate with local representatives. Resolve on-ground issues (hotel check-ins, transport delays, etc.). Manage group safety, comfort, and engagement during the trip. Act as the main point of contact between clients and local service providers. Post-Tour Feedback Collect feedback from customers for quality improvement. Report incidents, complaints, or suggestions to the management. Provide tour reports and expense documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business). 2+ years of experience in tour operations, travel sales, or destination management. Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Tamil, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, or Hindi). Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently and stay on-site as needed. Familiarity with travel software (CRM, itinerary tools) is a plus. Preferred Qualities: Knowledge of local cultures, tourist attractions, and travel norms in the assigned states. Positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and crisis management skills. Ability to manage group dynamics and maintain professional decorum.
