Role Description

Tour Executive

Qualifications

• Design and customize

  domestic tour packages

  (Himachal, Kashmir, Kerala, Rajasthan, etc.)
• Handle

  hotel bookings, transport arrangements, sightseeing plans

  , and inclusions
• Create and share detailed

  quotations and itineraries

  as per client requirements
• Coordinate with

  vendors, hotels, and transport providers

  across India
• Provide

  pre-trip support and post-trip assistance

  to clients
• Resolve customer issues or last-minute changes efficiently
• Maintain records of inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
• Assist in lead conversion by timely response and client follow-up
• Ensure high levels of

  customer satisfaction and service quality



Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in domestic tour operations
• Strong knowledge of

  Indian tourist destinations

  and routes
• Good communication (written and verbal) in English and local language
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Emailing)
• Experience in preparing travel quotations and handling B2C/B2B queries
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
