💼 What You’ll Do:

• Identify and connect with HR/Finance decision-makers

• Make high-volume outbound calls to pitch GMC plans

• Set appointments for senior sales executives

• Maintain lead data in CRM

• Track industry trends to sharpen outreach

✅ You Should Have:

• 1–3 years in cold calling, inside sales, or B2B outreach

• Insurance/employee benefits experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and resilience

• CRM knowledge (Salesforce/HubSpot)
