Job Title: Sales Executive Company: Maidvy – A Brand by Logibyte Technologies Location: Office-Based – Plot-94, 3rd Floor, Pocket-10, Sector-13, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110078 Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Sunday Fixed Off Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (In-Hand, Based on Experience and Performance) Job Description: Maidvy, a flagship brand of Logibyte Technologies, is hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Executive to operate from our corporate office in Dwarka, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through inbound/outbound customer engagement, guiding clients through our service process, and ensuring a high-conversion experience. This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a commitment to delivering quality service in the domestic staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: Educate potential customers about Maidvy’s offerings including All-Rounder Maids, Babysitters, Cooks, and Patient Care staff. Share multiple verified maid profiles and arrange audio/video interaction for selection. Clearly communicate pricing structure, service process, and company USPs. Guide clients through the booking, payment, and documentation process. Coordinate with the Maid Allocation and Operations teams to ensure timely deployment. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM tools regularly. Consistently follow up with prospects to maximize lead conversion. Meet and exceed individual and team-based monthly sales targets. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or service-based customer support (domestic services experience preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment. Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp Web, Excel, and Google Sheets. Goal-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
