Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female Candidate) Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives Shift Timings: 9:30am-6:30pm Fixed Sunday off overtime pay benefit Location: Preet Vihar, Delhi Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive (female candidate) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to convince customers effectively. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting leads into sales. This role offers the opportunity to earn attractive incentives based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services. Lead Generation: Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team, as well as generate new leads through cold calling and networking. Customer Communication: Provide detailed information about products and services, answer queries, and assist customers in making informed decisions. Sales Conversion: Convert prospects into paying customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Reporting: Report daily sales progress and provide feedback on customer responses and objections. Required Skills & Qualifications: Sales experience (at least 6 months to 1 year) in telesales, telemarketing, or any other sales-related field. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong convincing power to influence potential customers and close sales. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. Stable and committed candidate with a strong work ethic. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other basic office tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in telesales or customer support is a plus. Previous experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment would be an added advantage.
