Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or book an appointment/demo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database.
• Explain the company’s products/services and answer customer queries.
• Follow up on previous interactions to close sales or generate interest.
• Maintain customer data accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team and report to the sales manager on performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive phone manner.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to achieve targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
