Job Description

Experience: 0.6–2 years (Freshers with good communication may apply)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Outbound Calling

Call prospective students/parents from leads database.

Explain academic programs and services clearly and convincingly.

Lead Management

Manage follow-ups systematically via CRM or lead management tools.

Convert warm leads into confirmed admissions/enrollments.

Coordinate with counselors or BDMs for high-potential leads.

Customer Support

Answer queries about course fees, timings, instructors, etc.

Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns politely.

Data Reporting

Maintain call logs and feedback forms.

Submit daily/weekly performance reports (calls made, leads converted).

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing and academic teams for campaign follow-ups.

Provide feedback on lead quality and market response.

Requirements:

Minimum 10+2 / Graduate

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English

Familiarity with basic computer tools (Google Sheets, MS Excel, CRM)

Ability to handle rejections positively and persistently

Target-oriented mindset and punctuality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
