Qualification: B.Tech -Mechnical Experience: 15 Years with Automotive Industry CTC: 1 lac to 1.20 lac per month Designation: Manager- Quality Assurance Location: Bahadurgarh- Haryana Key Skills: · To Head the Quality Function right from Receiving Inspection to Dispatch of products · To interact with Customers of Domestic & Overseas Markets for Quality related issues · Well versed with Quality Management Systems such as IATF 16949, EMS 14000, OHSAS 45000 · Lead customer audits and closure of NCs · Experience in documentation of APQP phases as CFT member · Experience in preparation of PPAP Documents according to various levels · Excellent skill in submission of 8D Document to Customers and implementing Actions in the Shop floor · Experience in Handling of Incoming products, In-process Controls, Final Inspection & Dispatch · Experience in monitoring Vendor Rejections & coordinating with vendors for resolving Quality issues · Experience in Reduction of In-house Rejections, Improving the Process Capability through SPC approaches, Establishing Process Parameters through DOE approaches · Experience in implementation of Employee Involvement Programs such as Quality Circles / Kaizens / QC Story Approaches · Experience in providing training for Staff / Workmen in covering various topics of Soft & Technical skills · Having a valid certification for Certified Internal Auditor will be desirable Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
