Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
• Promote and explain ERP and software products to potential customers.
• Handle follow-ups and maintain a strong relationship with leads.
• Convert leads into opportunities and schedule product demos or sales meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the 

  software/ERP domain

  .
• Strong communication skills in 

  English, Hindi, and Marathi

  .
• Proven track record in 

  product selling and lead generation

  .
• Ability to understand and explain technical software solutions effectively.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote/WFH setup.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
