Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Jaipur. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, setting appointments, give product demo and providing information about our services. Daily tasks include maintaining a customer database, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service. The Telemarketer will also be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills,
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Tech Savvy to provide product demos.
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and providing top-notch Customer Service
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
