Telecaller

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and articulate female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, and facilitating site visits to showcase our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Society Inventory Outreach:

  Make calls to the society inventory to inform residents about our offerings and address their inquiries.

• Cold Calling:

  Initiate outbound calls to leads provided by the company, introducing our services and generating interest.

• Client Engagement:

  Engage with clients over the phone to understand their needs, provide information, and schedule site visits.

• Site Visits Coordination:

  Arrange and accompany clients on site visits to showcase our products/services, ensuring a positive experience.Reddit

• Data Management:

  Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the company's CRM system.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English;

• Technical Skills:

  Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.

• Interpersonal Skills:

  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Organizational Skills:

  Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Education:

  Minimum of a high school diploma; further education is a plus.
