Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller – Collections Location: Surat Job Type: Full-time Industry: Collections / Financial Services Experience Required: [0–2 years preferred, or as applicable] Education: [Minimum qualification - 10th pass] --- Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts and negotiating payment arrangements in a professional manner. You will play a key role in helping the company recover outstanding debts while maintaining customer relationships. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments. Follow up with customers via phone, SMS, and whatsapp to remind them of pending dues. Maintain accurate records of conversations and payment promises. Negotiate repayment terms within company policies and guidelines. Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to help resolve payment issues. Escalate complex cases to the supervisor or legal team, if necessary. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. --- Key Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle high call volumes. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.). Patience and a calm, professional behaviour  Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Prior experience in collections or telecalling is an advantage.
