Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Aerobix’s fitness programs and memberships. Explain our tech-driven services, fitness packages, and ongoing offers clearly and persuasively. Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with prospects to convert inquiries into sign-ups. Handle inbound calls and address general customer queries regarding programs, schedules, or pricing. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Coordinate with the front desk and trainers for appointment bookings and feedback. Who We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
