Telecaller

Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make calls to leads or customers to promote products/services. Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain a rapport with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. Data Management: Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information from calls. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve services and products. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities, sales, and customer interactions. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve issues effectively. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills. Time management and organizational abilities. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
