Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, and will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Answer incoming calls and provide information about products and services.
Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and prospects.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Basic knowledge of telemarketing and sales techniques.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficient in using computer software and telecommunication systems.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
