Role Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Telecaller cum Data Entry Executive. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries, collecting required information, and maintaining detailed call records. In addition, the role requires accurate and timely data entry, database updates, and verification to ensure data integrity. Key Responsibilities: • Make and receive calls to/from clients and candidates • Address inquiries and provide relevant information professionally • Collect and document required information from callers • Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up schedules • Perform data entry tasks including inputting, updating, and verifying data • Ensure accuracy and completeness in database entries • Collaborate with HR and operations teams as required ________________________________________ Qualifications • Strong communication and telephone etiquette in English & Hindi • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word & Excel) and data entry software • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred • Minimum qualification: High school diploma (12th pass); Graduation is an advantage • Basic understanding of the engineering or consultancy sector is a plus ________________________________________ 📩 Apply at: Career.ranchi@marsconsultancy.com 📝 Subject Line Mail : Telecaller & Data Entry – Ranchi
