Job Title: Tele Caller Location: Pune, Maharashtra Organization: Anekaa Care Foundation Job Type: Full-time About the Role: Anekaa Care Foundation is looking for a friendly and confident Tele Caller who can connect with people over the phone. Your main job will be to talk to potential donors, share information about our work, and encourage them to support our causes. You’ll help us raise funds, spread awareness, and build strong relationships with supporters. Your Responsibilities:Make Phone Calls: Call people to tell them about our foundation’s work and request their support or donations. Share Information: Explain clearly what Anekaa Care Foundation does, what projects we are working on, and how their support will help. Follow-Up: Call back interested people and remind them about their donations or give updates if needed. Maintain Records: Keep a record of all calls made, donor responses, and any promises of support. Answer Questions: Respond politely and helpfully to any questions donors may have. Support Campaigns: Help in special campaigns or events by calling and inviting people to take part or donate. Daily Reporting: Share daily or weekly reports on your work – like how many people you called and how many responded. What We’re Looking For:Education: Minimum 12th pass. A graduate will be preferred. Skills: Good speaking skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English. Clear and polite communication. Basic computer knowledge – using phone, Excel, WhatsApp, etc. Ability to handle rejections politely and stay motivated. Experience: Tele-calling or customer service experience is an advantage. Experience in NGO work or fundraising is a bonus. Personality: Confident, friendly, and positive attitude. Good listener and patient with people. Honest and hardworking.
