Telecaller and Data operator

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Cold Calling & Lead Generation

• Conduct a minimum of 75+ calls per day to potential clients.
• Ensure at least 1 successful lead conversion daily through cold calling.
• Identify and qualify prospects to improve lead quality.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Provide accurate information about home healthcare services and address client queries effectively.
• Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and improve conversion rates.

Sales Pipeline Management

• Track all leads, follow-ups, and conversions using a structured CRM or tracking system, or maintaining Excel sheets.
• Ensure timely updates on client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the business development team to optimize lead generation strategies.

MIS & Data Entry Work

• Maintain daily call logs, lead status reports, and conversion updates.
• Enter client and lead data accurately into company CRM systems or Excel-based trackers.
• Support in preparing weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.

Adherence to Company Policies

• Ensure formal written communication is followed.
• Maintain strict adherence to company rules and regulations, including policies and data confidentiality protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
