We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken professional to manage both front-office reception duties and lead the tele sales team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming queries, manage appointments, and actively support the tele sales operations to achieve monthly targets.
• Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors
• Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
• Handle front office coordination, appointments, and visitor records
• Supervise and guide the tele sales team to achieve daily/weekly targets
• Conduct training and performance reviews of tele sales
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales over the phone
• Maintain call logs, sales reports, and CRM updates
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Leadership abilities and team management experience
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Graduation
• Minimum 2 years of combined experience in tele sales and front office/receptionist roles
