Job Description

You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting products or services, and explaining their features and benefits. Additionally, you will follow up on leads, close sales to meet or exceed targets, and maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Upselling and cross-selling company products and services will also be part of your responsibilities. As a Customer Service Executive, you will answer inbound calls, emails, and chat queries from customers, resolving their issues promptly and professionally. Providing accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability, handling complaints, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department are key aspects of ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach with a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure are essential. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is considered a plus for this position.,
